Return & Refund Policy

A Refund will only be given up to 7 days after receipt of delivery if the product supplied is faulty or damaged. My Blinds Online UK will not accept responsibility for incorrect measurements in these cases a refund will not be given.

A Refund will only be given once the blind has been received for inspection. Amounts will be refunded to the source that was used to purchase the items -  Credit / Debit cards / Paypal.

Please contact us with your Name, Address, Reference & Product information. Please also include what the problem is with the so that we are able to help and understand fully.

 As these items are Made to Measure a full refund will only be given in the case of damage that was not by the fault of the customer.
